Passionate about building global businesses with purpose, he believes chemistry isn’t just science, rather it’s a way to solve real problems and create lasting impact.

A mechanical engineer with 40+ years of industry experience, Milind lives for transformation — the kind that turns processes into performance. Passionate about precision and people, he leads Soujanya’s operations with a steady hand, sharp eye, and a belief that flawless execution is the most elegant form of innovation.

With nearly three decades of growing within Soujanya, Paresh embodies the company’s evolution across three generations. A postgraduate in Commerce and MBA in Sales & Marketing, he leads both Sales and Supply Chain with unmatched intuition and balance. Having lived every phase of Soujanya’s journey, he knows the business like a pulse, and keeps it beating strong.

As someone who bridges the lab and the boardroom, Amol speaks both science and marketing fluently. One day it’s particle size and dispersion stability; the next, it’s brand stories and customer journeys. His mission for over 25 years, including 15 with Soujanya, has remained the same: to make color both a science and an art.

A Charted Accountant with nearly two decades of experience, Arpit brings strategic vision to finance, and a solution-finding approach to business challenges. With a strong foundation in manufacturing and corporate finance, he brings stellar clarity to key decisions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

A Chemical Technologist and MBA with 17+ years in B2B ingredients and solution selling, Sumedh brings equal parts drive and discipline. At Soujanya, he channels his passion for teamwork and precision into scaling partnerships that last, especially in the home, personal care, and cosmetics space.

With nearly two decades in automotive and industrial coatings, Nivedita brings a rare blend of innovation, structure, and heart. A chemist by training and a strategist by instinct, she’s pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration while driving Soujanya’s sustainability and technology roadmap.
